A grant costs less: it is not a loan, there is no interest, and once the project is carried out as agreed it does not have to be paid back. You are the adviser they already trust, so you are the one who can tell them. The fixed fee is paid upfront through Stripe and covers all the work listed. The 1% is calculated on the grant your client is actually awarded, never on the amount applied for, and you pay it within 30 days of the award decision, through the payment link we send with it, whatever your client pays you. If the grant is refused, you pay nothing more. No monthly fee and no lock-in. EU cooperation programmes are quoted separately.

Four guarantees in writing.
If we had your payment and every document in time (Ready to file: 15 business days before the call closes, 7 for a client we already know; Turnkey: 17 and 9), and we do not deliver the full draft by the business day before closing, or file it in time with Turnkey, we refund the fixed fee. Delivering sooner never costs extra. Terms in clause 6.1.
Before we write anything, you get one list of everything the call requires. You answer with numbers, codes or links and we verify each one. If your client fits no open call we can find, you choose: a full refund or a 12-month credit.
We never talk to them or offer them anything. Any questions go through you.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you work with firms in my country?
Yes, in any country. We look for calls in your client's country and region (public funders, foundations and companies) and for the European and international programmes they can apply to. If nothing fits, we tell you and charge nothing.
Do I need to sign anything first?
No. You order online: choose the service and how many applications, tick the box to accept the terms, and pay. It takes about two minutes. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee.
When and how do I pay?
The fixed fee, when you order, by card or another method Stripe offers; prices are in US dollars and at checkout you can also pay in your own currency at the rate shown there. The invoice reaches you by email. The 1% success fee, only if the grant is awarded, in the currency of the award: we send you a payment link with the decision, and you pay within 30 days of the decision, whether or not your client has paid you yet.
What if my client does not qualify?
Once you send the questionnaire, we check every requirement of the call against your client's documents before writing anything. If your client fits no open call we can find, you choose: a full refund for that application or a credit to use within 12 months.
What if I don't like the draft?
Every application includes one round of changes: send all your comments in a single email within 2 business days of the draft, and we make the changes within 2 more. Further changes are quoted separately.
What if the funder's portal fails?
If a technical failure on the funder's side makes filing impossible, we send you the evidence so you can show your client what happened, and your fee stays as a credit for that client's next application within 12 months, at no extra cost. If the funder extends the deadline, we file within it.
Will my client know you exist?
Not as your supplier. Everything carries your firm's brand, we never contact them and the terms bind us to confidentiality. As data protection law requires, the engagement letter you sign with your client names us as a sub-processor.
Is there a minimum or exclusivity?
No minimum and no exclusivity. You can order up to 10 applications a month online; for more, talk to us.
Who signs and files the application?
With Ready to file, you or your client. With Turnkey, we do, with the electronic certificate your client provides. We use it only for the filings the organisation approves, keep it encrypted for later applications, and delete it whenever you or the organisation ask.
How do you invoice? Is there VAT?
Prices are in US dollars, and at checkout you can also pay in your own currency at the rate shown there. We invoice from outside the European Union. EU businesses with a valid VAT number and UK businesses are invoiced without VAT and account for it under the reverse charge. For any other country we tell you before the first invoice how it is declared there.
Do you guarantee the grant will be awarded?
No. The funder decides and nobody can promise an award. We check every requirement against your evidence before we write, and we guarantee your client will not miss the call through our fault.
Which calls are out of scope?
Horizon Europe, EIC, consortium R&D and Erasmus+.
Which languages do you write in?
English and Spanish. Catalan, French, Italian and Portuguese on request, with your final review.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool, and every application is reviewed and finished by a person. If the rules require disclosing it, we tell you so your client can declare it.
What happens to my clients' data?
We act as processor under the data processing annex you accept when you order: GDPR in the EU and UK, or your country's data protection law. A client's data is used only for that client. We keep it so the next application for the same client takes about 2 working days, and delete it whenever you ask.
