What data and why

The questionnaire sent with each order collects data and documents about your firm's clients. We process that data as a processor, on your firm's behalf, under the Data Processing Annex accepted with the order; your firm is responsible for informing its client and obtaining its authorisation. Questionnaires and documents reach our mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace.
Who we share it with
With the providers that run the website, the email and the payments: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (sending of confirmations, reminders and notifications), Google Workspace (our mailbox) and Stripe (payments). Some are in the USA; transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the mechanism each provider has in place. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long
Contact data: up to one year after your last message if you do not order. Order, acceptance and invoice data: for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@grantmastermind.com. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your country's data protection authority.
